Jalisco’s has been a favorite restaurant of my family for more than 25 years - when they say that they are the best Mexican restaurant in Idaho Falls, they are not exaggerating! After growing up in San Diego I can tell you that the decor, tile work, music, and atmosphere makes it feel like you are south of the border, ... and the service is efficient and friendly EVERY time you visit. This is the best Mexican restaurant in East Idaho and we've been to all of them. This last visit was especially delicious. Those fajitas came out sizzling.
